Write a thank you or leave a treat for your mail carrier.
I don't know about ya'll but in Texas it gets HOT (100+) in the summer. Our mail carriers are hardworking and never complain. Let's show them some love! Write a thank you or leave a treat for your mail carrier. This can also be challenge that you can do with your students when you get back to school.
Reflection
For our mail carrier we wrote a thank you card and included a Sonic gift card. My 7 year old son decided to throw in a transformer sticker to make it extra special. :) We placed the treat in the mailbox on a Friday, but we didn't receive mail on Friday or Saturday! We finally received the mail on Monday and she was able to pick up her treat. I later found out our neighbor heard about the Kindness180 challenge and gave our mail carrier a treat as well!
